5. Project Engagements

• Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a proposal or statement of work agreed with the client before development begins.
• Changes to an agreed scope may affect timeline and cost, and are handled through a change request process.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, access, and approvals needed to keep a project on schedule.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees, payment milestones, and accepted payment methods are set out in each project's proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon the terms stated in that agreement, and continued work may be paused if payment is significantly overdue.

7. Confidentiality

We treat business, technical, and project information shared with us during an engagement as confidential, and we do not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the project or as required by law. Clients are welcome to request a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alta-Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the terms set out in the applicable signed agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the terms of the signed project agreement. Alta-Tech reserves the right to suspend access to this website for any user who violates these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a project agreement will be handled in accordance with the governing law clause of that agreement.
